Rated 5 out of 5 by from A coworker of my husbands ask me to fix him a peanut butter pie. A coworker of my husbands ask me to fix him a peanut butter pie. I didnt have a recipe of my own, so I found this one. Tried it at home first, we really liked it, then I fixed one for the co worker. He loved it and asked for 2 more at Christmas. I didnt use the bananas either but did use a chocolate pie crust . Put a layer of Cool Whip on top and shaved a chocolate bar on top. It has a very good peanut buttery taste.

I was looking for a peanut butter pie recipe to make for a co-worker for her birthday bash at work when I came accross this recipe. It was a smash hit! I had so many compliments and requests for the recipe that I have made it now for several occasions with the same delicious result. I also did not use bananas but who needs them with a pie this good!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I used German choc. I used German choc. because it was all I had. It turned out great. I loved that it tasted very peanut-buttery. Worked great for a quick emergency pie. I'm not sure if i'll make it again...maybe with white choc.
