Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yummy The only thing I would do is seasoning the Ricotta mixture & sauce with Garlic Powder & Italian seasoning, salt & pepper.I have to try this better than all that dough.I made recently a really good dough 1C.Bread flour, salt 1/4 tsp.,2 tsp.Baking Powder,1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice.Mix all together add enough water to make a dough then take baking sheet spray with butter spray, add Cornmeal then press out the dough about 1/4" thick.Top with Stadium cheese all over its the spreadable kind U get at the stadiums on nachos, top with sliced Turkey hot dogs cut on a bias, then top with shredded Yellow Cheese,White onion diced/sliced & squirt all over mustard.Bake 350 for 25 minutes.Really good.
