  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix egg, ricotta and Parmesan in medium bowl until blended. Stir in 1 cup mozzarella.
  • Reserve 9 pepperoni slices, and 2 Tbsp. each peppers and onions. Quarter remaining pepperoni slices; place in separate medium bowl. Add pasta sauce, water, remaining peppers and onions; mix well.
  • Spread 1/2 cup sauce onto bottom of 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with layers of 2 lasagna noodles, broken to fit; 1/3 of the ricotta mixture; and 1/2 cup of the remaining sauce. Repeat layers twice. Top with remaining noodles, sauce, mozzarella, and reserved pepperoni, peppers and onions. Cover with foil sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 45 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 10 min. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.

Make Ahead

This delicious lasagna can be assembled ahead of time. Wrap tightly, then freeze up to 2 months. When ready to serve, thaw overnight in refrigerator, then bake as directed increasing the baking time to 50 min. or until lasagna is heated through.

Easy Sausage Pizza Lasagna

Prepare recipe as directed, substituting 1/2 lb. browned Italian sausage for the pepperoni. Do not reserve any browned sausage to sprinkle over top of unbaked lasagna along with the reserved peppers and onions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yummy The only thing I would do is seasoning the Ricotta mixture & sauce with Garlic Powder & Italian seasoning,salt & pepper.I have to try this better than all that dough.I made recently a really good dough 1C.Bread flour,salt 1/4 tsp.,2 tsp.Baking Powder,1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice.Mix all together add enough water to make a dough then take baking sheet spray with butter spray,add Cornmeal then press out the dough about 1/4" thick.Top with Stadium cheese all over its the spreadable kind U get at the stadiums on nachos,top with sliced Turkey hot dogs cut on a bias,then top with shredded Yellow Cheese,White onion diced/sliced & squirt all over mustard.Bake 350 for 25 minutes.Really good.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I been topping frozen lasagna for years with pepperoni for years but this idea makes want to make my own again which I not done since my Pyrex lasagna tray blew up in my oven but the company made it up to me last month sending free a sweet dish set and a new lasagna tray but I suggest do a real pizza lasagna add onions green peppers mushrooms and sausage
