  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Beat first 3 ingredients with mixer until well blended. Add peanut butter and milk; mix well. Add eggs; mix just until blended.
  • Pour into crust.
  • Bake 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 3 hours.

Blending Cream Cheese

When blending cream cheese in dessert recipes, make sure the cream cheese and sugar are completely blended, free of lumps and smooth before adding any other ingredients. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec. or until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.
