  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the spaghetti sauce and cheese.
  • Shape meat mixture into oval loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining spaghetti sauce.
  • Bake 55 min. or until done (160ºF). Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.

Make Meatballs!

Prepare meat mixture as directed, but instead of shaping into a loaf, shape into 48 (1-1/2 inch) meatballs. Cook meatballs in batches in large skillet on medium heat for 12 min. or until done (160°F). Serve topped with additional spaghetti sauce and cheese.

Make Burgers

Prepare meat mixture as directed, but instead of shaping into a loaf, shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Cook on medium heat for 15 min. or until done (160°F), turning after 8 min and topping with cheese during the last 2 min.

Make 2 meals

Prepare meat mixture as directed and divide in half. Use half to make a smaller meatloaf, 4 burgers, or 24 meatballs for dinner tonight. Then make a different option with the other half for dinner the next night.
