Rated 5 out of 5 by from I can't get over how easy and delicious this recipe is! I can't get over how easy and delicious this recipe is! I am NOT a cook, and I have never made (or even liked) meatloaf, but my family and I LOVED this. I made a few little additions: 1T minced garlic, 1/3c diced onion, 1T Worcestershire sauce, layer of Parmesan cheese horizontally spread across the center of the loaf, salt, pepper, a few crushed red pepper flakes, and took it out of the oven halfway through bake time to spread another 1/2c BBQ sauce on it. It was so incredibly moist and delicious. Tasted just as great on day 2!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this recipe yesterday for dinner. I made this recipe yesterday for dinner. It tasted really great. My husband said to make sure I make exactly the same next time. Everyone had seconds. There was only one piece leftover. I did add some diced green pepper. And I added some Hunts Meatloaf sauce on top (instead of bbq), also added some garlic powder, garlic salt, salt and pepper for more flavor. I also crushed up the stuffing a little too. The BBQ sauce really gave it the flavor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this the other day. I made this the other day. Stove Top is great, has all the herbs no muss or fuss. I did use 1 pound ground beef with half pound of breakfast (bulk) pork sausage. Nothing on top, used canned gravy instead when serving. Also threw in some dried minced onions, about a tablespoon with the eggs. Hint or a real easy clean up make sure you spray cooking spray in pan before placing in loaf.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This meatloaf had a good taste. This meatloaf had a good taste. It sliced very well and did not "crumble up" when I put it on the plate. It did seem a bit "bready", so, next time I will crush up the stuffing a bit finer. Also, I will be adding some fresh chopped onion and garlic. I loved and will continue to use the tip for mixing it up in the plastic bag. What a great idea that turned out to be!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm not a fan of meatloaf but my boyfriend is. I'm not a fan of meatloaf but my boyfriend is. I'm also not much of a cook either, so the easier the better while I'm learning. This recipe was so easy to make and turned out great. It changed my taste for the meal and he loved it too! I've made this a couple of times already and only added a bit extra BBQ sauce for a little extra kick.

I used ground turkey and added a few ingredients. Sauted diced onion, baby bella mushrooms, diced garlic and 2 chopped sun-dried tomatoes. I also use half BBQ sause and half Ketchup. Even my son-in-law told his mom that it was better than hers =)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Unfortunately, not my favorite meatloaf. Unfortunately, not my favorite meatloaf. I made it with ground turkey. The flavor was fine, however I didn't like the texture. Because of all the stove stop stuffing mix, the texture was more stuffing than meat. I like my meatloaf to have a meat texture. Perhaps if I make it again, simply less stuffing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is the EASIEST and tastiest meatloaf ever. This is the EASIEST and tastiest meatloaf ever. My hubby is a meatloaf fanatic and this is the recipe I've used since I came across it. I add chopped onion and use Ketchup instead of BBQ, but that would be personal preference. This meatloaf recipe will give you the perfect texture.
