Serve with a small baked potato and a side salad. Just toss a 10-oz. bag of salad greens with 1/2 cup of your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Zesty Italian, then divide among eight salad plates.
For best results, prepare using lean varieties of ground beef, such as ground round or ground sirloin.
Leftover meat loaf makes great sandwiches! Just spread bread slices or split rolls with a serving of MIRACLE WHIP Dressing. Then, top with meat loaf slices and additional barbecue sauce, if desired.
Cut baked meatloaves into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Separate slices with plastic wrap or wax paper. Wrap and freeze. When ready to serve, microwave one slice on microwaveable plate on HIGH 2 min. To microwave a whole sliced meat loaf, place on microwaveable platter. Microwave on HIGH 4 min. End slices will cook faster than those in the middle, so remove as needed. Separate slices after 4 min. Microwave on HIGH an additional 5 min. or until heated through. Drizzle with additional barbecue sauce, if desired.
