Easy Pork in Chive & Onion Sauce

What You Need

pork tenderloin (1 lb.)

pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Original Pork Seasoned Coating Mix

cups whole wheat egg noodles, uncooked

1/2

lb. fresh asparagus spears

tsp. canola oil

cup sliced fresh mushrooms

1/2

cup (1/2 of 8 oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese

3/4

cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

COAT meat with coating mix; place in shallow foil-lined pan. Bake 30 min. or until done (145ºF), cooking noodles in unsalted water as directed on package for the last 15 min. of the meat baking time.

MEANWHILE, steam asparagus 6 min. or until crisp-tender. While asparagus is cooking, heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally. Add cream cheese spread and broth; cook 2 min. or until cream cheese is melted and sauce is well blended, stirring frequently.

DRAIN noodles and asparagus. Slice meat. Top noodles with meat, then sauce. Serve with asparagus.

Very good, my family loved it. The only thing I changed was I used the low sodium shake n bake. Since the sodium level is pretty high with this dish, I figured I would help us out a little. Will definately make this again.

The flavors were definitely there - and boy were they good! This dish has great flavor, especially with the chive and onion cream cheese sauce. I love the bread crumb seasoning on the pork. It made it nice and crispy. My only complaint is that the sauce is too thin and runny. I think it needs flour or something along those lines to thicken it. Otherwise, it's a nice filling meal!

I made this with a 2 pound tenderloin and green beans, and it turned out great, plus we had lots of leftovers.

Great recipe! I was amazed at how moist the pork was. It was by far my favourite part of the meal. I added chopped onions and minced garlic to the mushrooms and they gave it a nice flavour. I do wish the sauce was a bit thicker though.

The sauce had great flavor and the pork was tender but the whole wheat noodles were a bit soggy so next time, I'll use the regular ones.

WONDERFUL recipe! Family loved it, we could not get enough. My oldest is a picky eater, and she kept asking for seconds. The only thing I would change is making a little extra sauce.

This recipe was awesome. I used boneless pork chops instead of the pork loin. Next time i will be doubling the sauce. So good!

The whole family enjoyed this! Only suggestion I would give is to add garlic or onions to add a more deep flavor.

This was really good and so easy to make. I made only 2 servings so I purchased bonesless pork chops and it worked great.

This was excellent! I used a pork tenderloin that had marinated in zesty garlic marinade, so tasty!
