I thought this was Ok, and my husband really liked it. I made brown rice beforehand to add in instead of the instant rice, so when I mixed in the veggies with the meat, I didn't add the water. Then I mixed in my pre-cooked rice for the last 5 minutes and I thought it got a little over-done, so next time I'll mix it after the meat/veggies are done. I also added garlic and ginger, which gave it a nice flavor. I'll probably make this again and I think it will be a lot better without the soggy rice!
