  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir 4 min. or until cooked through.
  • Add water, barbecue sauce, soy sauce and stir-fry vegetables; mix well. Bring to boil. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat.
  • Let stand 5 min. Stir in onions.

Variation - Chicken Stir-Fry

Prepare as directed, substituting boneless skinless chicken breasts for the pork chops.

    I love stir-fry and my my husband loves pork so it looks like a great dish my daugher who is 3 might even like it because she likes pork.

    Everyone loved this. I added salt, pepper, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to the pork. I also used 1/4 cup BBQ sauce and 1/4 teriyaki sauce instead of the 1/2 BBQ and a litte extra soy sauce.
