I made brown rice beforehand to add in instead of the instant rice, so when I mixed in the veggies with the meat, I didn't add the water. Then I mixed in my pre-cooked rice for the last 5 minutes and I thought it got a little over-done, so next time I'll mix it after the meat/veggies are done. I also added garlic and ginger, which gave it a nice flavor. I'll probably make this again and I think it will be a lot better without the soggy rice!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My family thought this was very good, and requested having it again sometime. My family thought this was very good, and requested having it again sometime. I added a dash of garlic and ginger, and used more soy sauce for added flavor as suggested in previous comments. I suggest that you saute your vegetables first, I found them a tad bit crunchy for my taste.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was really good. This was really good. All I had for bbq sauce was hickory smoke flavor and it still tasted perfect. I followed other people's advice and threw in some ginger and garlic. Even my finicky 2 year old loved this one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Everyone loved this. Everyone loved this. I added salt, pepper, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to the pork. I also used 1/4 cup BBQ sauce and 1/4 teriyaki sauce instead of the 1/2 BBQ and a litte extra soy sauce.
