  • Melt butter in small saucepan on medium heat. Stir in nuts, sugar and 1/4 tsp. five-spice powder. Bring to boil. Cook and stir 30 sec. Spread onto bottom of crust. Cool.
  • Beat pudding mixes, remaining five-spice powder, milk and vanilla in large bowl with whisk 2 min. (Mixture will be thick.) Stir in half of the COOL WHIP. Spread over nut layer in crust.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Top with remaining COOL WHIP before serving.
