  • Cover baking sheet with parchment. Insert lollipop stick into one end of each marshmallow.
  • Place each flavor dry gelatin mix in separate custard cup. Fill a sixth custard cup with water.
  • Dip each marshmallow into water to lightly moisten top and side of marshmallow, then immediately dip marshmallow into strawberry gelatin mix, turning to evenly coat moistened parts with gelatin. Place on prepared baking sheet. Repeat to coat 3 of the remaining marshmallows with remaining strawberry gelatin mix.
  • Repeat with remaining marshmallows and remaining dry gelatin mixes. Refrigerate 10 min. before serving.

How to Use the Remaining Dry Gelatin Mixes

Pour remaining strawberry gelatin mix into medium bowl. Add 3/4 cup boiling water; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in 3/4 cup cold water. Refrigerate several hours or until firm. Meanwhile, repeat with each remaining gelatin mix flavor. Serve as a simple snack or dessert.

Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 24 hours before serving.
