  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Mix dip mix and bread crumbs in pie plate until blended.
  • Brush both sides of chicken breasts with mayo; dip, 1 at a time, in crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast. Place in single layer in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 20 min. or until done (165°F).


Prepare using regular KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise.

Special Extra

For a golden appearance, after chicken is done set oven to broil. Place chicken 6 inches from heat. Broil 2 to 4 min. or until chicken is golden brown.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with your favorite hot cooked vegetable.

    I could not find the Kraft ranch dressing so I used Hidden Valley which I thought would be a good substitute, however I was wrong. It was supper salty and almost inedible. We had to scrape the mixture off to eat it. Not sure I'd make this again.

    I have made this several times and also used it with pork and fish. It is so easy and quick.
