what you need

Take 1-1/2 cups uncooked instant white rice and mix & match your recipe from these options....

liquid options add-in choices seasoning possiblities
1 can (10 oz.) chicken broth 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained; 1/2 cup each currants and Planters Cashews 2 tsp. ground cumin
1-1/2 cups orange juice 1/2 cup each dried cranberries and Planters Slivered Almonds, toasted 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 cup water, 1/2 cup Taco Bell® Thick & Chunky Salsa 1/2 cup frozen corn 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 can (10 oz.) chicken or vegetable broth 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms, 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

BRING liquid to a boil in a large saucepan; remove from heat.

STIR in rice, add-ins and seasoning; cover. Let stand 10 min.

FLUFF with a fork before serving.
