Substitute 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces, for the shrimp.
Place crackers in large resealable plastic bag; crush crackers wth rolling pin. Dip shrimp in pepper sauce mixture, then add, in batches, to crumbs in bag; close bag, then shake until shrimp are evenly coated. Repeat with remaining shimp.

We used half the amount of hot sauce, and that was plenty spicy for us. We liked it, but did not love it. I don't think I'd make it again.
These were super easy and they tasted great! Our new favorite snack.
