  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
  • Mix potatoes, cream cheese, 1/2 cup cheddar and garlic until blended.
  • Combine meat, vegetables and gravy; spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with potato mixture and remaining cheddar.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

    My fianc? loved this!! His new favorite. I would only add that the beef needs some seasoning while browning, otherwise this recipe is perfection!

    So easy, soooo good. My family loves this, and we have it at least two or three times a month (more often in the cooler months). We only use a regular size bag of mixed veggies (4 cups sounds crazy.. Is it a typo?) and we use 4-cheese instant potatoes (and only today noticed the suggestion about omitting the milk, which-obviously-we've never done). Great recipe, thanks!
