Serving Suggestion

For a delightful brunch idea, serve this easy skillet breakfast with a fresh fruit salad featuring your favorite seasonal fruits.

How to Beat Eggs

Use a wire whisk to beat the eggs vigorously until the yolks and whites are well blended. The mixture should appear light and frothy.

Egg Safety Tips

Adequate cooking assures that egg dishes reach a temperature high enough to destroy any bacteria which may be present. Always cook scrambled eggs, frittatas and omelets until the eggs are thickened and no visible liquid remains.

I altered this a little bit because I didn't have some of the specifics. I used bacon instead of the smokies, potatoes o'brien and spicy brown mustard. My husband loved it and couldn't stop raving about! Winner!

Very easy to make. Next time I'll add onions as it was a little bland for my taste, but good.

This is absolutly yummy!!!! I had a tough time getting the center eggs to cook - but that's gotta be me and not the recipe. Easy and the whole family loved it. I served with toast and fresh fruit.
