  • Moisten chicken with water; shake off excess.
  • Shake chicken, one or two pieces at a time, in shaker bag with coating mix. Discard any remaining coating mix.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken. Cook 7 min. on each side or until cooked through (165ºF). Meanwhile, cook corn. Toss greens with dressing just before serving. Serve chicken with the corn, salad and rolls.

Easy Skillet Chicken with Lemon Sauce

Prepare chicken as directed. Mix 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream, 1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise, 2 tsp. grated lemon peel, 2 Tbsp. lemon juice and 1 Tbsp. minced garlic. Serve with chicken.

    I made this with skinless boneless thighs and I first coated the chicken with Kraft Caesar Vinaigrette with Parmesan. I also used extra crispy Shake n Bake. It was great. My kids loved it. We topped some pieces with hot sauce at the table. I just had trouble determining how long to cook it.

    It was pretty good. Although I would suggest seasoning your chicken a little bit. Just a little bland.

    I used bread crumbs and seasoned them my self. The chicken stuck to the pan, so next time I will try lower heat. It turned out pretty good still.
