SPRINKLE chicken with 1 Tbsp. dressing mix and 1 tsp. chili powder in shallow glass dish; turn to coat. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to marinate.
MIX bread crumbs, parsley, remaining dressing mix and chili powder in resealable plastic bag. Add chicken, 1 piece at a time; shake to coat.
HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 10 min. or until browned on all sides, turning frequently. Cover. Cook on medium heat 30 min. or until chicken is done (165°F), turning occasionally. Drain on paper towels.
