  • Add vegetables and barbecue sauce; stir. Cover; cook on medium heat 5 to 6 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Top with cheese; cook, covered, 3 min. or until melted. Serve over rice.


Serve over hot cooked long-grain brown rice.
