What You Need

eggs

cup milk

cups STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken in the Canister

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, chopped

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese

green onions, sliced

1/4

tsp. garlic powder

1/3

cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Make It

WHISK eggs and milk in large bowl until well blended. Add all remaining ingredients except Cheddar; mix well.

POUR into 9-inch microwaveable pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Microwave on HIGH 5 to 10 min. or until center is set.

SPRINKLE with Cheddar; cover. Let stand 5 min. or until Cheddar is melted.

My adult daughter who does not normally like spinach likes this dish! We did expect it to be a little more eggy and may add more eggs next time we make it.

Very simple and delicious. I made this for Easter Brunch and everyone loved it.

I made this for dinner tonight and I only changed one thing. Instead of the ham I added feta cheese to this. I thought that it was quite tasty. We served this as a side dish with chicken. Will make again.

I prepared this recipe and it wasnt a bad recipe, but it is definetely for a particular eater. I myself, didnt care for it, but my children and spouse thought it was weird but edible. You have to like spinach and cottage cheese both very well to really like this recipe.
