Rated 1 out of 5 by from This is not at all like the stuffed peppers I make. This is not at all like the stuffed peppers I make. it takes just as long, but my stuffed peppers have hamberger in them with real rice, not instant, which is less expensive and I think better tasting, and I use tomato juice instead of spagehette sauce... which is cheaper as well. I love my stuffed peppers and believe that a main meal should enclude meat.

I might try it with white rice instead of brown rice as that is usually what I have on hand. All the ingredients seen to be selected for convience and looks. Overall it seems to be an excellent recipe.

I added 1lb. of Black Bear hamburger meat, and use 1 jar of taco bell home originals thick and chunky salsa instead of spaghetti sauce. Added some salt and pepper as well, and used blended cheese. Was Awsome!!! Thanks!
