Yummy! I didn't have Parsley so I used fresh Oregano. It was a hit!
Incredibly easy, and so good! I used 2T. Italian Dressing with the cracker mixture and marinated the shrimp in 1T. of the dressing, so the cracker mixture would stick together a little better on the shrimp.
