Substitute 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen BOCA Meatless Chik'n Nuggets for the cut-up fresh chicken. Cook and stir in the hot oil in large skillet 7 to 8 minutes or until nuggets are crisp and heated through. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm. Continue as directed, adding the nuggets to the cooked vegetable mixture along with the rice.

I made this for my family (boyfriend, child and myself). Boyfriend loved it! Son wasn't to fond of this. And myself something I would have to get use to.
I followed all the directions, and needed to add a extra cup of water due to rice wasn't cooked all the way and still hard so then I added that extra cup of water.
GREAT WOULD MAKE IT AGAIN!
