Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very easy to make with ingredients on hand. Very easy to make with ingredients on hand. I used sugar free pudding snacks & cool whip free to cut down on the calories. Made it about an hour before it was eaten - felt it could have used a little more coffee as well as longer time to set in the refrigerator. What's nice is it only makes two - not a lot of leftovers. Pretty to present.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I made it for Valentines Day. I made it for Valentines Day. We were iced by a storm. I was glad to have something 'new' for my sweet heart! The taste was great. The recipe was very easy. But it wasn't as light as I was expecting. I'd try it again but probably mix some Cool Whip in the pudding to lighten the over all texture.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very easy recipe. Very easy recipe. Second time, I omitted the instant coffee and used a coffee liquer. I used all low fat ingredients and it is still very good. I really like that you do not have to cook anything and you usually have the ingredients in your pantry to make this dessert.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great recipe! Great recipe! Although I substituted the nilla wafers for lady fingers instead, and used a third of a cup of coffee instead of two tablespoons... I can't wait to try it again, this time with some brandy or amaretto di saronno...
