I made this for my husband's birthday, and we both loved it! I used sugar-free pudding mix to save a few calories, and it was still delicious. It was even better the next day, when the cookies were softer. Next time I make it, I think I'll try Kahlua in place of the coffee.

I will definitely make this pie again. I decided to dip the wafers in coffee and waited until the next day to serve the pie. My husband is not a fan of tiramisu but once he tried this version he kept going back for more!

Absolutely fantastic. Instead of 1/4 cup of coffee I used 1/4 cup + 1/8 cup of espresso, making sure when I added it that each wafer had a little bit on it. Everyone loved it; it was gone the very same night I made it.
