Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was a great recipe! This was a great recipe! My husband LOVES Tiramisu, and he introduced me to it, so I'm a big fan, too! From reading the reviews, I decided to make the coffee stronger. (I used instant maxwell house coffee.) I lightly drizzled each vanilla wafer , however, i think next time, I won't be so "light" with it. You could taste the coffee, but next time I might try a little more. :) Or maybe even dip the wafers in the coffee! Needless to say, my husband and I LOVED this recipe! Although he's not a coffee lover, so he actually liked it just the way it was. :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loved it. Loved it. As good as the one I make with mascarpone cheese and so pretty in the pie dish. I did make the coffee fairly strong and added Kahlua to the coffee mixture and also a splash to the cream mixture. However, before I did this I tasted the cream mixture and it was very good without the Kahlua. Our children are grown so I went with the addition of the Kahlua.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I will definitely make this pie again. I will definitely make this pie again. I decided to dip the wafers in coffee and waited until the next day to serve the pie. My husband is not a fan of tiramisu but once he tried this version he kept going back for more!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from after reading reviews i will definately have to try this. after reading reviews i will definately have to try this. i make a killer homemade tiramisu and with this recipe i will try dipping the wafers in warm/hot espresso coffee to soak up & soften or maybe even use lady fingers in lieu of the vanilla wafers. haven't seen vanilla whipped topping so would try using tsp. of vanilla in the whipped cream..can't wait to make it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE this pie! I LOVE this pie! It was great! It was easy to make too! If you want it to taste more like tiramisu, you should probably add more coffee or use stronger coffee. I loved it the way it was though. I used instant Maxwell House coffee. I also added more Nilla wafers than what the recipe asked for on the second layer. I will definitely make this again!
