I measured all ingredients the first time and think that there was too much creme. After that, I stopped measuring everything and just kind of threw the whole thing together, which we love! I also make my own crust and just prebake for about 10-15 minutes... I will be making this for dinner tonight actually. :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was excellent. This was excellent. I added chopped green pepper and onion, along with 6 cooked asparagus spears down the center of each piece. My husband had delared he didn't want meatless pizza but once he tasted it he changed his tune. Now he wants it regularly.

I thought I'd try it because neither of my 2 and 4 yr old girls like the red sauce on pizza, but they didn't like this either! It was a bit much sauce for me. I'd cut back of the Philly cooking creme if I made it again.
