  • Cook and stir bacon in medium saucepan sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat until done. Remove from pan; set aside.
  • Add chili and chili powder to saucepan; cook on medium heat until heated through, stirring frequently. Reserve 2 Tbsp. bacon; stir remaining bacon into chili.
  • Serve chili topped with cheese, cilantro and reserved bacon.

Serving Suggestion

Serve over hot cooked brown rice topped with chopped fresh tomatoes.
