i brought this to a potluck dinner, i was kinda unsure of how it would turn out, but everyone loved it! will definatly make again. i served it hot, and used frozen veggies, it was fast and so easy to make.
Made this to take to company potluck - it was so easy and a huge hit! (And one of the healthier offerings) :)
This is the best recipe to take to and event the biggest preparation is the cutting the veggies. VERY GOOD.....
