For a smoother texture, blend eggs, flour, baking powder and cottage cheese in blender until smooth; pour into bowl. Stir in cheddar, crumbled cooked bacon and sliced white onions. Pour into prepared pie plate. Continue as directed.
Brush melted butter evenly onto bottoms and up sides of 12 muffin pan cups. Place in oven while preheating the oven. Prepare egg mixture as directed; spoon evenly into muffin cups. Bake 25 to 30 min. or until knife inserted into centers comes out clean. Run knife around edges of muffin cups to loosen Egg Puffs; remove from pan. Sprinkle with reserved green onion slices. Makes 12 servings.
