cup  shredded carrot

cup  finely chopped celery
1/4
cup  KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1/2
tsp.  yellow mustard
1/8
tsp.  black pepper
Dash  salt
8
slices  whole wheat bread
4
 leaves romaine lettuce

Make It

MIX eggs, egg whites, carrot, celery, mayo, mustard and seasonings.

SPREAD 4 of the bread slices with egg mixture; top with lettuce and remaining bread slices.
