  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup of the shredded cheese, chilies and seasonings in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Stir in chicken.
  • Spread into 9-inch pie plate.
  • Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until dip is lightly browned and heated through. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese; let stand 10 minutes. Serve as a dip with crackers.

Special Extra

Garnish with chopped tomatoes and green peppers just before serving.

    it was only 'good'. it needed something - like flavor - maybe i added too much chicken and cheese - never thought you could have too much of the two, but i guess you can ! ha ! will need to figure out how to spice this up a bit and make it again ! happy dipping !

    I made this recipe for a Christmas party a few years ago and it was a very big hit. I add a little onion powder to mine. I have to make this dish for every party, baby shower and family function now.
