    Chocolate / Coffee frosting?! Oh, man, was this good! I did make some changes based on items at hand: used only 1/4 container of Cool Whip, all the pudding mix, 1/4 of the espresso, and I left out the milk. It made just enough to put a very thin layer of frosting on my Mocha Fudge Cake :) Wonderful!!

    The frosting was extremely rich and hard to eat more than a bite of. Perhaps less cool whip would be helpful.
