easy to make, and it was excellent... i made it with chicken instead of the beef, next time i will try the beef :)
this recipe is truly fabulous!! I grilled the meat over charcoal before slicing and also marinated it. While grilling I squeezed lime juice on the meat. I used half red pepper and half green for color affect and flavor. I added and extra 1/4 tsp lime juice to the sour cream mixture. I will definitely make again!!!!
