  • Mix sour cream, cilantro, salt and lime juice. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak, onion and green pepper; cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes or until steak is cooked through.
  • Spoon steak mixture evenly onto tortillas. Top with sour cream mixture and salsa; roll up.

Prepare as directed, using 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts.

Use Your Grill

Preheat grill to medium heat. Place steak on greased grate of grill; cook 12 to 15 minutes or until cooked through. Meanwhile, wrap the tortillas in foil; place on the grill grate. Grill just until warmed, turning occasionally.

    easy to make, and it was excellent... i made it with chicken instead of the beef, next time i will try the beef :)

    this recipe is truly fabulous!! I grilled the meat over charcoal before slicing and also marinated it. While grilling I squeezed lime juice on the meat. I used half red pepper and half green for color affect and flavor. I added and extra 1/4 tsp lime juice to the sour cream mixture. I will definitely make again!!!!
