Wonderful. Went by recipe first time so next I am planning on trying a few other things. Comments/suggestions were good helpful info too.
I sauted some shrimp in the dressing with some fresh basil, butter. I think I will grill Them next time.
Awesome salad with a few minor changes! Added chopped rotisserie chicken. Used cashews instead of walnuts because of preference, and love a pomegranate vinaigrette, so used that. Will DEFINITELY make again.
We L-O-V-E this salad!! I usually add crumbled bacon and dried cranberries, too. Great taste & presentation!!
