  • Spread pears onto half of tortilla; top with remaining ingredients. Fold tortilla in half.
  • Microwave on HIGH 45 sec. or until tortilla is warmed and 2% Milk Singles is melted.

Variation

Assemble quesadilla as directed, adding 2 thawed BOCA Meatless Breakfast Links, cut lengthwise in half, to the quesadilla filling before folding tortilla in half. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until tortilla is warmed and 2% Milk Singles is melted.

I wasn't very optimistic about the flavor combinations when I read this recipe's ingredients, but I made it anyway because I was looking for a healthy snack. I'm glad I did! This is one awesome tasting creation! Loved it, and so did my fussy 9 year old! We have added this recipe to our book of favorites.
