My cousin recommended this recipe since I've never made meatloaf before and was looking for an easy recipe. It definitely was easy, but it wasn't what I would consider a "typical" tasting meatloaf. I love bread, but it was a little too bread-y for a meatloaf. There were also more onions than I like. It was still definitely edible, so I gave it three stars, but I wouldn't make it again. My husband liked it even less than me (he said there was too much bread, not enough meat flavor.) I think I would have liked it when I was a kid though!
