What You Need

slices  OSCAR MAYER Bacon

slices  white bread, toasted
1/4
cup  KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise

 leaf lettuce leaves

 tomato, cut into 4 slices

Make It

PLACE 6 bacon slices in single layer in large skillet. Weave remaining bacon through bacon slices in skillet to resemble lattice pattern, creating solid layer of bacon on bottom of skillet.

COOK on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until crisp and browned on both sides, turning over after 5 min. Drain on paper towels. Cut into 4 squares.

SPREAD toast with mayo. Fill with lettuce, tomatoes and bacon to make 4 sandwiches.

Add 1 minced garlic clove to mayo before spreading onto toast.
How to Make Lattice Design
Make lattice design with bacon by weaving remaining 6 bacon slices between slices in skillet by folding back alternate slices as each cross slice is added, keeping bacon slices close together to make solid layer of bacon.

Serve with raw vegetables and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal!
