This turned out very good, but I used the recipe creations from pillsbury (from another users suggestion) for the crust and it came out kinda soggy, I think next time I'll just use pizza dough, but it tasted very good and was pretty quick and easy to make.
I strongly recommend making two smaller calzones so it cooks evenly. When
i made one big one, I had an awful time getting the middle of the crust done. Making two smaller ones is much better, but very good.
The pizza dough was a little hard to work with but it turned out great! The flavor was good too.
