  • Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in broth and rice. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until chicken is done and rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Add peas and Neufchatel; cook, covered, on medium-low heat 5 min. or until Neufchatel is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with chopped fresh dill or dill weed before serving.

Variation

Omit peas and Neufchatel cheese. Prepare recipe as directed. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce; sprinkle with 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Let stand, covered, 5 min. Stir before serving.
