What You Need

 BASE RECIPE

lb.  extra lean ground beef
1
pkg.  (10.75 oz.) TACO BELL® Crunchy Taco Dinner Kit
 ADULT VARIATION
3
cups  spring greens or torn mixed salad greens
1/2
cup  chopped tomatoes (about 1 medium)

Tbsp.  KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
1/4
cup  KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2
Tbsp.  chopped cilantro
 KID VARIATION
1/2
cup  chopped tomatoes (about 1 medium)
1/4
cup  KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Make It

BASE RECIPE:

BROWN meat; drain. Add Taco Seasoning Mix; prepare as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, heat Taco Shells as directed on package.

ADULT VARIATION:

ARRANGE greens and tomatoes on two individual serving plates; drizzle with dressing. Top evenly with 1 cup meat mixture, 1/4 cup cheese, 3 Tbsp. Salsa and the cilantro. Break remaining 4 taco shells into large pieces; arrange around edge of salads. Makes 2 adult servings, one salad each.

KID VARIATION:

SPOON 1 cup meat mixture into 8 of the taco shells. Top evenly with 1/2 cup tomatoes and 1/4 cup cheese. Serve with 6 Tbsp. of the Salsa on the side. Makes 4 kid servings, two tacos and 1-1/2 Tbsp. salsa each.
