  • BASE RECIPE:
  • BROWN meat; drain. Add Taco Seasoning Mix; prepare as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, heat Taco Shells as directed on package.
  • ADULT VARIATION:
  • ARRANGE greens and tomatoes on two individual serving plates; drizzle with dressing. Top evenly with 1 cup meat mixture, 1/4 cup cheese, 3 Tbsp. Salsa and the cilantro. Break remaining 4 taco shells into large pieces; arrange around edge of salads. Makes 2 adult servings, one salad each.
  • KID VARIATION:
  • SPOON 1 cup meat mixture into 8 of the taco shells. Top evenly with 1/2 cup tomatoes and 1/4 cup cheese. Serve with 6 Tbsp. of the Salsa on the side. Makes 4 kid servings, two tacos and 1-1/2 Tbsp. salsa each.
