I forgot to rate this. Again, it's my favorite.
I have never used a microwave to make this, I've always used my crock pot. I would double the recipe for pot lucks at work. Dip cooks while you work and is ready for lunch. Set on low to start and change to high if you need to hurry it up. This is my all time favorite dip.
Really? Been doing this since I was a kid. Found it much easier when I discovered Ro-Tel in the supermarket. Since I prefer mine to be spicier than most, I get the 2 lb. package and make a regular and hot dip using regular Ro Tel and the Hot Ro Tel. I also like to add some browned ground beef, mild or hot Italian sausage and for the hot dip, some fresh sliced and diced Jalapeno peppers! Use your imagination to enhance your snacking experience!!
