  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Partially cut potatoes into thin slices, being careful to not cut all of the way through each potato.
  • Place, cut sides up, in 13x9-inch baking pan. Fan potatoes slightly. Drizzle with dressing, making certain potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese.

Special Extra

Prepare as directed, sprinkling potatoes with 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese after 50 min.


Substitute KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing for the Italian dressing and KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese for the grated cheese.

    No matter how long I baked these, they were still way too tough in the middle and burnt at the edges

    we did these individually wrapped in foil on the grill. They were gone gone gone. We used Asiago cheese instead for extra punch. Now when we do potatoes on the grill they always get sliced like this. It's already to eat, no buttering, slicing, smashing, mixing... nothing. Just put it on your fork and enjoy!

    Cooked potatoes in the oven for almost 2 hours and they were still completely raw. I suggest cooking the potatoes in the oven until they are crisp on the outside and then finishing them in the microwave. I also suggest not adding any sesoning until the potatoes are done because the taste just cooks away.
