  • Beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add sherbet; mix well. Gently stir in 2 cups of the whipped topping.
  • Pour into crust.
  • Freeze several hours or until firm. Top with remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping just before serving. Store leftover pie in freezer.

Enjoy a serving of this rich and indulgent treat on special occasions.

Variation

Omit OREO Pie Crust. Mix 1 cup finely crushed chocolate wafers and 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) melted butter or margarine. Press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Prepare filling as directed; pour into crust. Continue as directed.

I lost it for a while and looked it up on your page recently. My grand children have never tasted it, but they will now. I could not remember the amounts of all the items to make it. It is so easy and delicious. I have shared it with many in several states for their family/friends.
