Cream cheese, marshmallow creme, whipped topping and sherbet are combined for a lighter-than-air filling, then frozen in a chocolate cookie crust.

What You Need

pkg.  (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
jar  (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
cup  lime, orange or raspberry sherbet, softened
cups  thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)

Make It

BEAT cream cheese and marshmallow creme in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add sherbet; mix well. Gently stir in 2 cups of the whipped topping.

POUR into crust.

FREEZE several hours or until firm. Top with remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping just before serving. Store leftover pie in freezer.

Enjoy a serving of this rich and indulgent treat on special occasions.
Omit OREO Pie Crust. Mix 1 cup finely crushed chocolate wafers and 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) melted butter or margarine. Press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Prepare filling as directed; pour into crust. Continue as directed.
