  • Toss arugula with farro, tomatoes and radishes in large bowl.
  • Whisk vinegar, oil, honey and thyme until blended. Add to arugula mixture; toss until evenly coated with dressing.
  • Add pistachios; mix lightly.

Make Ahead

Combine all ingredients except arugula and pistachios. Refrigerate up to 5 days. Add arugula and pistachios just before serving; mix lightly.

How to Toast the Pistachios

Spread pistachios into single layer on bottom of microwaveable dish. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 min. or until lightly toasted, stirring after each minute.
