Take 1-1/2 cups uncooked instant white rice and mix & match your recipe from these options...

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.) 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth, 1/4 cup water 1 cup each sliced red peppers, thawed frozen corn and sliced green onions; 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot; 1 Tbsp. curry powder
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) beef broth, 1/4 cup water 1 can (7 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained; 2 cups thinly sliced carrots; 1/2 tsp. each dried thyme leaves and garlic powder
4 boneless center-cut pork chops (1 lb.) 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth, 1/4 cup water 1 cup each chopped snow peas and shredded carrots; 1 Tbsp. each minced gingerroot and garlic; 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 can (16 oz.) kidney beans, drained, rinsed 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained; 1 cup water 1 cup each chopped green peppers chopped onions and KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

SPRAY large skillet with cooking spray. Add meat; cover. Cook on medium-high heat 10 min. or until cooked through, turning or stirring meat after 5 min.

ADD liquid and rice; mix well. Bring to boil.

STIR in add-ins; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
