In most recipes, a dried herb can be substituted for fresh but some conversions are necessary. As a general rule, you can use 1 tsp. of the dried herb in place of 1 Tbsp. of a fresh herb.
Remember if there's only two of you - leftovers reheat very well in the microwave for lunch or dinner the next day.
