I made the rice in my rice cooker with the sauces. I fried the egg in a pan and added chicken ::)
This was awful! The plastic wrap did not keep the liquid in the bowl so the rice didn’t cook at all. Once the rice was actually done and I tried it, the egg was weird and the dressing wasn’t good. I couldn’t even bring myself to eat it! It didn’t look or taste appetizing. Deleting this from my recipe box as we speak.
I made this with pre-cooked white rice, by heating veggies in a pan, then adding rice, stirring until hot, then tossing with the dressing and soy sauce. It was great with the "chinese take-out" lemon chicken recipe!
