Prepare as directed, substituting 1 pkg. (4 oz.) chopped BAKERS Semi-Sweet Chocolate for the nuts.
Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.
Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.

I love this recipe, it's my new favorite. :) I used light ***** cheese, pecans and added some of my homemade vanilla. I baked as directed and it's a perfect shaped loaf and delicious too
Can this recipe be made with apples? How many would you recommend or if using canned apples how many are recommended?
I would use the long Wilton Loaf Pan for this large bread. This pan is wonderful for large loaf recipes. Add cinnamon and vanilla to this recipe. Maybe add a ***** cheese frosting as well.
this is my favorite recipe. I always add a little vanilla
