  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix; beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Set aside.
  • Line bottom and sides of 10x6-inch baking dish with some of the wafers. Add layers of half each of the bananas and pudding; cover with remaining wafers. Top with layers of the remaining bananas, remaining pudding and the marshmallows.
  • Bake 20 min. or until marshmallows are golden brown. Serve warm.

Special Equipment Needed


Substitute 2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows for the regular marshmallows.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I actually made this recipe twice. I actually made this recipe twice. The first time it came out runny. I thought maybe I didn't cook it long enough so I decided to try it again. I cooked it for 20 minutes like it said and it was still runny. It didn't say to prepare the pudding, it just says to add milk stir and set aside. Nothing at all about cooking it. I will not be making this recipe again.

A friend of my mothers made this years ago when I was little and I've always remembered it. Its soooooo good! I think a good variation would be to mix half a package of banana pudding and half a package of the vanilla.
